Business Consultant - Food Locker Project

Location:

• PVI Tower, Cau Giay, Hanoi
• Mapletree Business Center, Dist. 7, HCMC

Working hours: Mon – Fri (9AM – 6PM)

About the Team:

This position is within the Business Planning Department, specifically responsible for the deployment of the Food Locker project across all markets in 2026.

About the Role:

• Identify and evaluate potential locations for Food Locker deployment.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and property managers.
• Negotiate and execute lease agreements.
• Manage the entire process from site identification to contract signing.
• Advise clients on matters related to property leasing.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Required Skills and Experience:

Essential:

• Fluency in English (direct report to Regional Manager)
• Proven sales skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Preferred:

• 1+ year of sales experience in related industries
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong sense of responsibility and proactive approach to work

Salary and Benefits:

• Total Salary: Basic salary: up to 27,000,000 VND gross/month + Incentives
• Service voucher: 300,000 VND/month
• 100% salary during the two-month probation period and full social, health, and unemployment insurance (SHUI) coverage
