About the job Social Commerce Manager
Working time: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Working place: Dong Khoi, District 1 (former), HCMC
1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales, P&L & Store Operations
- Own GMV, revenue, margin and optimize A&P, pricing, promotion
- Ensure store excellence & conversion readiness (PDP, ratings, availability, fulfillment)
- Drive growth from content and affiliate channels, with clear performance tracking
2. Platform & Key Account Management
- Build strong relationships with TikTok Shop and key partners
- Leverage platform tools and programs to unlock growth & affiliate opportunities
3. Creator & Affiliate Ecosystem
- Build and scale KOL / affiliate network (incl. MCNs)
- Design commission & incentive structure to drive performance
- Manage creator productivity and performance (GMV, ROAS)
4. Content Strategy & Livestream
- Own TikTok-native content & livestream strategy aligned with business targets
- Optimize content for conversion, ROI, and full-funnel impact
- Ensure alignment with marketing campaigns and brand messaging
5. Cross-functional & Agency Collaboration
- Collaborate with MKT, TikTok, and partners (MCNs, agencies)
- Partner with media teams to optimize performance across content & affiliate channels
- Integrate media, content, and creator strategy into one unified execution
2. REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in eCommerce / Social Commerce / Digital Marketing.
- Proven track record in driving GMV via TikTok Shop or similar platforms.
- Strong expertise in:
- Affiliate / KOL ecosystem & MCNs
- Short-form content & livestream strategy
- Performance-driven growth & ROI optimization
- Strong analytical mindset with P&L ownership and stakeholder management
