Digital Specialist

Function: CS&L – Log Ops

Reporting to: VN Transportation and Digitalization Lead

Working location: Binh Duong (VSIP1) & HCM (Dist. 1)

A. General job scope:

1. Providing essential support to the Supply Chain & Logistics team, primarily focusing on performance reporting.

2. Assisting with digital transformation initiatives and contributing to operational governance.

3. This role offers an opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in enhancing efficiency, data accuracy, and compliance within a dynamic logistics environment

B. Main responsibilities:

1. Reporting & Data Analysis:

- Assist in updating and maintaining KPI scorecards for Logs Ops and CS&L VN/SEA, ensuring timely and accurate data input.

- Support the transportation team in monitoring performance data and preparing reports.

2. Project Management & Digitalization:

- Coordinate with the project lead to support the execution and tracking of digital transformation projects.

- Contribute to initiatives focused on exploring and improving Log Ops efficiency and productivity, including documentation and timeline tracking.

3. Governance & Operations:

- Assist in the execution of Transportation Management System (TMS) planning processes within the system.

- Provide support for assigned team projects, helping to identify and contribute to value creation within operational activities.

C. Job requirement

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields

- Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus

- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, digital transformation, or data analytics (preferably in FMCG or manufacturing)

- Proven track record in managing projects and delivering measurable business outcomes

- Experience working with cross-functional and regional teams in a multinational environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros, Power Query, complex formulas , or equivalent), Familiarity with automation tools (Power Automate, Python, RPA) is a strong advantage, Understanding of database management and SQL is preferer.

- Working knowledge of SAP (MM/SD/TM modules) or equivalent ERP systems

- Proficient in English (written and spoken).

- Location: Able to work at Binh Duong (VSIP1), shuttle bus will be provided.
