1. R&R (Mô tả công việc):

Be in charge of Service Center's Operation Assistant Management

- Job allocation for all Service Center's member.

- Supervise and support members to catch the KPI target.

- Improve Repair speed & quality to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Strengthen Service Profit (Out of Warranty, Clean service, Extended Warranty Sales) with proper Cash management.

- Secure inventory health index and spare part stock accuracy.

- Manage defective part return timely.

- Assist Center Manager to control all tasks related HR&GA in Service Center.

- Weekly, Monthly report for Service Center KPI, Activity, Issue

2. Requirement (Yêu cầu):

- Education: University degree or above in Business Administration or Electronics Field.

- Experience: At least 7 years working in managing level related to Customer Service (Electronics field is preferred).

- English: Good at Listening, Speaking.

- Office: Good at email, excel, power point.

- Working location: HCM.
