Senior IT Project

Working Location: Vincom Center Tower, HCMC, Vietnam

Working Mode: Monday – Friday

1. Job Scope

• Overall support for the E2E projects in PepsiCo assigned by project lead, with a focus on E2E
• invoicing automation process.
• Set project timelines, budgeting estimates and track status reports for projects, and report
• to Project Team Leader
• Coordinating with the business users and AP accountants for execution of projects, from
• due diligence, UAT tests to go live and hyper-care phases. For Stellar Project, manage the
• sources for G&A and Commercial operations.
• Ensure that all the automation solutions are optimized for the business operations.
• Maintain communications and guidance with business users upon the deliverables of
• projects.
• Support to resolve system-related issues that arise during and after the project.

2. Qualifications

• At least 03 years of experience
• Must have Finance background (around 60% up to 100%)
• Nice to have IT background – excel at SAP, OCR, P2P, system automation
• Nice to have skilled at project and system management.
• Working in big firms
• Good English skills
