Reports to: Finance Business Partner

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

1/ Finance Analysis Support

  • Track A&P spending to ensure alignment with budget.
  • Support budget monitoring for promotional activities.
  • Prepare Price–Volume analysis to explain sales and margin performance.

2/ Project entity name change support (LENC Project)

  • Finance Project Leads to support project transition activities (invoices, PO, VAT, etc.) and ensure smooth project go-live.
  • Support payment checking and compliance documentation during the LENC transition period.
  • Ensure documents are properly filed and ready for audit requirements.
  • Support UAT testing and transaction validation before system go-live.
  • Help identify and resolve issues to minimize operational risks.

3/ Annual planning & forecasting support

  • Update annual planning templates and monthly forecast files.
  • Collect and consolidate inputs from stakeholders (A&P, Pricing, Channel P&L, etc.).
  • Perform initial data review before submission to Finance Business Partners.
  • Coordinate with local and hub finance teams to deliver accurate reports.

4/ Reporting process

  • Support internal compliance and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support reporting automation and standardization projects.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Director and Line Manager.

II. REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, or Business Finance.
  • Proactive and self-motivated and capable of working in a complex environment including hard work.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical and problem solving capability
  • Attention to detail and financial discipline
  • Ability to work cross functionally
  • Good English Written and Spoken Communication skills

  • Relevant FMCG / OTC experience will be added advantage

III. BENEFITS

  • Gross salary: up to 25,000,000 gross + Allowances
