Job Title: Employee Relations Manager (6-month contract)

  • Working Location: KCN Long Hau, Can Giuoc, Long An (have shuttle bus from HCM)
  • Working Time: Mon - Fri | 8:00 - 4:15
  • Reporting line: Operations Director 
  • Employment Type: Full-time | Individual Contributor (Non-managerial)

Scope of Work:

  • Manage and handle Employee Relations (ER) cases, ensuring fair and compliant resolution aligned with company policies and Vietnamese labor law.
  • Manage and handle day-to-day Employee Relations (ER) matters, including employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law and internal company policies
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders (line managers, employees) on ER-related issues and best practices
  • Lead and support employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction
  • Conduct investigations for complex ER cases and provide appropriate recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HRBP, Operations, Legal, etc.) to address workforce-related matters
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting related to ER cases and labor compliance
  • Identify potential ER risks and proactively propose solutions to mitigate them
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and insights related to ER and labor matters.

Requirements:

    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations (ER), labor relations, and employee engagement
    • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law
    • Experience working with a large-scale workforce (3,000+ employees is a strong advantage)
    • Fluent in English communication (both written and spoken)
    • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
    • Experience in a multinational company and/or manufacturing environment
    • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor
    • Proactive, resilient, and capable of handling complex ER cases
