Banking Support

• Title: Service Provider Worker
• Location: Metropolitan - 235 Dong Khoi St., Dist. 1, HCMC
• Working Time: Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Do the market research and gather information for periodical industry and sector's update.
• Support RM/RMs on gathering client's public information and financial statement to prepare for credit analysis.
• Support RM/RMs on sorting out client's public information for purpose of CDD including review on screening result.
• Support RM/RMs on other operation activities including following up loan disbursement, audit confirmation and operation enquiries, ect
• Admin works and logistic preparations for bank/department's events.
• Other general tasks of the team.

Requirements:

• Demonstrates a strong work ethic, and resilience in order to achieve results and meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload, multi-task, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Customer service orientation.
• Detail orientation.
• Being able working under pressure
• Prior experience and background in operations or customer services would be an advantage.

Benefits:

• Salary: 11,700,000 VND/month (gross)
• Contract: 12-month contract signed with Talentnet
• 13th month salary
