Assistant Chemist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Chemist to join our team in Thuận An, Binh Duong, Vietnam. The Assistant Chemist will work closely with our team of chemists and laboratory technicians to support the development and testing of chemical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and a passion for continuous learning and growth. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and testing of chemical products according to established protocols and procedures. - Conduct laboratory experiments and tests under the guidance of senior chemists. - Prepare and maintain accurate records of experimental data and results. - Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment. - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during experiments or testing. - Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in chemical testing methods. - Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a chemical or pharmaceutical industry. - Strong understanding of chemical principles and laboratory techniques. - Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instruments. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work independently and follow instructions. - Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Contract Details: This is a full-time position, based in Thuận An, Binh Duong, Vietnam. The Assistant Chemist will work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work required.
