Location: CMC Creative Space, District 7, HCM.

Working Hour: Mon – Fri | 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM

1. Responsibilities:

You're a highly motivated and detail-oriented map operations coordinator who oversees our mapping operations

  • Managing and coordinating the daily operations of our mapping team, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality maps to our clients.
  • Work directly with team leaders in data analysis and reporting
  • Assist other members of the team with the mapping process and ensure that all aspects are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Collecting, monitoring, and analyzing large data sets using proprietary software & internal tools
  • Receive, analyze and solve feedback from all related stakeholders
  • Vendor coordination and project monitoring
  • Adhere to company's confidentiality procedures & policies

2. The Must-haves

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Geography, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in computer software i.e. G-suite (GDocs, Gsheets, etc)
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in the English language
  • Experience in data processing, analysis and validation in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with mapping experience are preferred but not required.
  • Machine Learning models, SQL, Python, Power BI, Advanced Excel,
  • Fast learner and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Strong logic related to the nature of the job and detail oriented.
  • Passionate about maps with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven and highly motivated individual who can drive continuous project improvement
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced and impact-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of data sources like OpenStreetMap is a PLUS.
  • Willing to travel locally as needed

3. Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: 15,500,000 VND Gross/month
  • Service voucher: 300,000 VND/month
  • 100% salary in 2-month probation period & full SHUI
