Overview:

The position will be responsible for supporting Communications Lead in developing and implementing internal & external communication strategies and CSR initiatives that support company's mission and ESG objectives. This role involves fostering a positive and engaging work environment, enhancing employee understanding of company goals, and managing CSR programs that reflect our commitment to social responsibility and sustainability.

  1. Job Description:

Communications:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that align with company's strategic goals.
  • Create, edit, and distribute internal/ external communications content and materials, including newsletters, emails, intranet updates, VDO and presentations.
  • Organize and manage internal events such as town halls, webinars, cycle/ annual meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication strategies, using feedback to make continuous improvements.
  • Foster a culture of openness and transparency by facilitating two-way communication between employees and management.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to increase employer branding in relevant forums and channels.

Corporate Social Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement CSR strategies that align with company's values and business objectives.
  • Manage CSR programs and initiatives, including community outreach, sustainability projects, and employee volunteering.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including non-profit organizations, community groups, and government agencies.
  • Coordinate CSR reporting and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Promote CSR activities and achievements internally and externally through various communication channels.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management.

2. Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in internal communications and/or CSR roles, at the client or agency side.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies and CSR initiatives.
  • Proven the technical skill in photoshop, VDO creation is a plus.
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

3. Salary and Benefits:
