4G/5G RAN Engineer (Wireless Engineer)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE

• Work follow project manager and team leader arrangement
• Involve in RAN site engineering design (HLD/LLD), integration, commissioning
• Involve OSS server installation, integration
• Support for new site configuration and service verification, acceptance test
• Support new / expansion / swap project
• Network fault rectification, software upgrade, customer support request handling

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Education Background Requirements: Bachelor or higher, major: Telecommunications technology, Computer science.
• Bachelors degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering or related field of study
• Good knowledge at mobile system architecture, radio interface, protocols and signaling of state-of-the-art RAN technology (NR, LTE, UMTS)
• At least 2 years of experience working for major 3G/4G/5G RAN vendors
• Network design for transmission bearer such as S1 eNodeB, gNodeB commissioning and integration capability
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Family with Microsoft office, Excel, Power point
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage parallel time-critical tasks
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to Travel as needed
• Knowledge of databases, programming, AI, ML is a plus
