Job Description for Strategic Growth & Creative Master

1. Strategic Vision & Growth Roadmaps

  • Co-lead the Annual Brand Plan: Synthesize market dynamics, consumer shifts, and brand health metrics into a roadmap that secures a long-term competitive edge.
  • Identify Opportunity Spaces: Map out untapped consumer needs and "blue ocean" territories to expand the brand's footprint.

2. Innovation and Consumer Planning & Deployment

  • From Concept to Shelf: Spearhead the end-to-end deployment of innovation pipelines, ensuring every launch is both commercially viable and aesthetically creative showcase of brand offering.
  • Master the Launch: Navigate complex Marketing & Channel strategies to ensure new/ existing products enter the market with maximum impacts.

3. Creative & Agency Leadership

  • Direct the "Dream Team": Lead agency partners (Creative, PR, Research, Media, Activation, etc.) to deliver unmissable brand experiences that are visually stunning and conversion-focused.
  • Craft the Narrative: Ensure every consumer touchpoint—from digital to in-store displays—tells a consistent, aesthetic, and compelling story.

4. Data-Driven Performance Optimization

  • The Story Behind the Numbers: Dive deep into market share, penetration, and sales data to diagnose performance.
  • Actionable Insights: Proactively identify "growth levers" and execute data-backed tactics to improve brand equity and bottom-line results.

5. Agile Business Solutioning

  • Creative Problem Solving: Act as an internal consultant for the brand, budget, media, consumer experiences or competitive challenges.
  • Competition Performance: Monitor and counter competitor moves with agility, ensuring the brand remains the first choice for consumers.
  • Operational Excellence: Constantly refine internal processes to improve marketing effectiveness and speed-to-market.

6. Financial & P&L Management

  • Business Owner Mindset: Own the marketing & media budget with total accountability.
  • Value Maximization: Ensure disciplined resource allocation and precise forecasting to maximize ROI and protect the brand's P&L health.

7. Cross-function Collaboration & Network Management

  • Co-work & Align with R&D, CSP (Trade), Supply Chain, and Finance teams to synchronize marketing plan smoothly Pre – During – Post launch.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-4 years brand management experience in an FMCG environment
  • Strong business mindset, analytical power and good communication skills, - both written and verbal, both English and Vietnamese including presentation experience
  • Strong exposure to Social & Digital Marketing space
  • Passion for growth and strong time management skills to work in a changeable environment, ability to manage workload and multiple projects
  • Open-minded, innovative and result-oriented
  • Love arts, music, entertainment themes
