Position: Manufacturing Operations Data Analyst

Working location: Metropolitan Tower – 235 Dong Khoi Street, Sai Gon Ward, District 1, HCMC

Working time: Full-time, Monday to Friday

1. Job Description

  • Manage supply operations, including purchase order collaboration, PO management, planning master data maintenance, unplanned issue resolution, and delivery optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including offshore manufacturing factories, to anticipate and resolve supply and delivery challenges before and during purchase order execution.
  • Support the execution and deployment of the Company’s strategic projects to ensure smooth transition and minimize impact on operations and delivery.
  • Work closely with manufacturing partner business teams across the Company’s source bases.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Sourcing and Supply Planning, Material Supply Management, Geography Inventory Planning, and Logistics.
  • Collaborate with Supply Planning Analysts across Asia to execute PO collaboration, PO management, and strategic project deployment.
  • Gather data, perform data validation and analysis, and prepare reports as required.
  • Monitor operational performance and provide insights to improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate planning, master data and ensure timely updates to support business operations.
  • Identify operational risks and support timely resolution to ensure delivery targets are met.
  • Build strong working relationships with factory teams, internal stakeholders, and regional business partners.

2. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, manufacturing operations, sourcing, planning, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of supply planning, purchase order management, delivery tracking, and manufacturing operations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a high sense of ownership.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to resolve conflicts through effective communication and partnership.
  • Ability to work effectively with different cultures and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong verbal, written, and graphical communication skills in English.
  • Mid to advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience with database query and reporting tools such as Tableau, Access, Cognos, or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with planning systems, database tools, internal reports, or manufacturing processes is a plus.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills is a plus.
