Purpose of role:

Developing and implementing a strategy in order to build and grow sales in overseas markets of the food commodities products porfolio consist of Cashew, Pepper, Rice and Coffee and other agriculture products.

❖ Job Description:

▪ Administering multiple product lines and encourage market segments for growth.

▪ Analyzing and implementing all operational plans for reservations and ensuring increase in sales and prepare required forecasts for executive management.

▪ Designing and providing innovative sales and marketing campaigns to ensure sale of product and production capacity loading plan of the manufacturing for both short term and long-term plan.

▪ Designing various strategic sales & marketing plans and implementing effective international sales methods to meet sales targets in China, Asia- Pacific, Middle East, Europe, America, and Africa or just any main markets/ territories as assigned.

▪ Developing and maintaining negotiation with international distribution agencies.

▪ Maintaining and training in employees in all distribution channels.

▪ Supervising effective maintenance of pipeline and ensuring punctual reporting mechanism to strengthen management.

▪ Managing everyday communication with all global dealers and detect issues and opportunities.

▪ Analyzing and ensuring implementation of all product orders in international zones.

▪ Analyzing and identifying areas for improvement and verifying all processes for various sales reports.

▪ Supervising competitors in specific market and provide report for expansion chances/opportunities.

▪ Hiring and selecting members and perform efficient safekeeping of growth-oriented plans for development.

❖ Qualifications:

Education:
▪ Bachelor degree with major in International Trading or Business Administration.
▪ Good at 4 skills of English.

Experiences:
▪ 5 years at least working experience the the same industry.
▪ 2-3 years working as a Manager and/or above.

Knowledge:
▪ Solid understanding of the industry market.
