Base Salary: 10,000,000 – 15,000,000 VND (Negotiable)

Job Description

• Identify & acquire new clients (Shippers, Consignees, Forwarders) for US/CAN/China routes
• Maintain strong relationships to ensure business growth
• Provide tailored logistics solutions
• Monitor market trends & freight rates to stay competitive

Job Requirements

• ≥1 year experience in Sales Logistics (US market is a plus)
• Having own customer base (US/CAN) is an advantage
• Strong negotiation, presentation & closing skills
• Good English (speaking & writing)
• Proactive, target-driven
