Title: Service Operations Management Executive
Working Place: 10th Floor, Me Linh Point Tower, 02 Ngo Duc Ke street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
Working time: Mon - Fri | 8:30 - 18:00
Salary: 14M Gross
The role holder will:
- Manage and oversee daily tea break services, ensuring timely setup, replenishment, hygiene compliance, and service quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain smooth and consistent food & beverage operations.
- Supervise daily operations at Level 13, including lounge cleanliness, meeting space readiness, and overall operational coordination.
- Coordinate with external service providers to ensure cleaning, maintenance, and operational issues are handled effectively and within SLA.
- Manage and align Level 13 usage schedules to support smooth meeting and event coordination across teams.
- Support planning and on-site coordination for internal events hosted at the lounge area (70–80 participants capacity), including setup, operational support, and post-event wrap-up.
- Coordinate employee wellbeing activities such as yoga, mindfulness meditation, stretching, and related wellness programs.
- Support wellbeing sessions before working hours, during lunch/break time, and after working hours by ensuring proper logistics, space setup, and operational readiness.
- Act as the main point of contact for all Level 13 services and activities, ensuring a professional, organized, and positive employee experience.
- Contribute to enhancing employee engagement, workplace wellbeing, and overall service standards at Abbott.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Hospitality, Business Administration, Event Management, or related fields.
- Preferred age range: 25–35 years old (flexible ±2 years).
- Experience in Hospitality, Office Services, Event Support, Workplace Experience, or Community Management.
- Strong service mindset with excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with HR, Admin, vendors, and internal teams.
