Customs & Logistics Executive

Working location: Metropolitan – 235 Dong Khoi St., Dist. 1, HCMC

Working time: Full-time from Monday to Friday

I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Purpose:

• Coordination of the Freight Forwarder and Customs Clearance LSP’s to ensure agreed service levels are being achieved.
• Coordination and execution of redressing activities within the market to support the Commercial business
• Ensure that Inventory is booked in correctly and promptly into the company’s ERP Systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all payments to vendors/ LSP execute properly without any delay/ penalty incurred.
• Be responsible for all SC reports.
• Management of scheduling activities with the Redressing and communication to the Commercial business of product availability
• Play an integral role in the deployment and continuous improvement of Logistics processes to support the delivery superior Customer Service levels to support the Commercial ambition
• Manage the Sell in Quantities into the LSP ensuring that the invoices are processed efficiently and accurately

Scope of Accountability

• Proactive management of Freight Forwarder and Customs Clearance LSP’s to ensure Customer Service levels are met within the market
• Communicating Inventory availability dates to the Commercial business so that customer relationships and expectations can be managed
• Ensure Supplier invoices are paid in line with the Commercial expectations
• Ensure promotional items are re-packed in line with the Commercial expectations
• Management of Redressing activity ensuring Quality standards are being maintained

II. REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Economic, Management,…).
• Good command of English
• Above 2 years of experience in Logistic, Supply Chain position
• Have experience working with Customs, Shipping Docs, 3PL
• System knowledge: SAP, ERP, warehouse management system (WMS)
• Hard working, accountability, open-minded, proactive. Good analytical skills, good team spirit.
