Working place: Empress Tower, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City


1/ Job description:

- Resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring closure within 07 days.

- Provide online technical support with effective solutions.

- Analyze complaint data to identify issues related to technical performance, color inconsistencies, and packaging.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to process customer claims efficiently to leverage customer satisfaction.

- Ensure all customer communications—letters, documents, and correspondence—meet expectations in product quality and response time.

- Manage inventory of stationery and equipment to maintain operational efficiency.

- Supply service toolkits to team members on schedule, balancing responsiveness with cost-effectiveness


2/ Requirment:

- College or University Degree

- 02-year Customer Service experience preferable

- Clear communication, Effective negotiation & customer-oriented

- Proficiency in MS office applications

- Data analysis skill


3/ Benefit:

- Annual leave: 12 days per year, plus 3 personal leave days per year

- 13th-month bonus: Calculated based on the actual working period
