Doorware - Estimator

Position: Doorware - Estimator
Working location: District 1, Vietnam
Working time: Full-time from Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain a high standard of doorware estimating work for the estimating function.
• Prepare quotations based on competitors' products and project requirements.
• Create and update maintenance sheets related to estimating activities.
• Communicate with sales support teams, estimating team, and BDM regarding quotations, lead times, and project-related questions.
• Support the ongoing development of estimating activities, including door hardware schedules, quotations, revisions, and related administrative tasks.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated understanding of the Doorware - Estimating role.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize, plan ahead, and coordinate with others effectively.
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written, in a professional manner.
• Experience in a Doorware - Estimating role is an advantage.
