Digital & Technology Specialist

Role Purpose:

The Tech & Digital Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving company's digital transformation journey. This position is responsible for partnering with business units to deliver technology solutions, managing vendors and stakeholders, providing technical advisory, and ensuring successful delivery of tech projects. The role also focuses on enabling data-driven insights, fostering technical capabilities, accelerating AI adoption, and ensuring effective communication and alignment across teams.

1. Job Description:

Tech Business Partnering & Service Operations

• Act as a trusted technology partner to business units, understanding needs and translating them into actionable solutions.
• Ensure smooth operation of digital and technology services, resolving issues promptly and maintaining service quality.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and compliance with companys standards.
• Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance to optimize cost and quality.

Technical Advisory

• Provide expert guidance on technology trends, tools, and best practices to support business objectives.
• Advise on architecture, security, and compliance for digital solutions.

Technology Automation & Project Delivery

• Develop digital automation solutions in accordance with business needs.
• Mange and support to delivery of technology projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
• Apply project management methodologies and maintain documentation for governance.

Data Analytics & Insights

• Implement the system integration and data flow.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify KPIs and deliver actionable insights.

Technical Capabilities

• Build and maintain technical skills in emerging technologies, including cloud, automation, and data platforms.
• Support training initiatives to enhance digital fluency across the organization.

AI Adoption

• Drive implementation of AI solutions to improve efficiency and innovation.
• Partner with global and local teams to identify AI use cases and ensure ethical, compliant deployment.

Communication & Alignment

• Ensure clear communication of technology initiatives, progress, and impact to stakeholders.
• Align local projects with global strategies and standards

2. Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Keen on Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI,etc)
• 3+ years of experience in technology roles, preferably in a multinational or regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management, project delivery, and vendor management.
• Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and digital transformation strategies.
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

3. Salary and Benefits:

• Gross salary: 25-50,000,000 gross + Allowances
• 13th month salary bonus.
• 100% salary in 2-month probation period.
• Full insurance package as required by the Law Sign contract with Talentnet
