Role and Purpose:

The Retail Sales Staff is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store presentations, and supporting sales activities. Retail Sales Staff supports daily store operations by providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining store presentation and cleanliness. The role also supports product display, stock replenishment, and basic inventory control to help achieve store sales targets and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Sales Support: Provide excellent customer service, assist customers with product selection, support sales activities, and handle basic inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Cashier Operations: Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handle payments, issue receipts, and report daily sales to the Store Manager.
• Product Display & Replenishment: Maintain product displays according to VM guidelines, ensure shelves are well-stocked, and check price tags and product information.
• Store Presentation & Cleanliness: Maintain store cleanliness and ensure the store environment is organized and aligned with presentation standards.
• Stock & Inventory Support: Assist with stock receiving, inventory checks, and report low stock or product issues to the Store Manager.

• Basic numerical and cash-handling ability
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays
• Teamwork and willingness to support store operations
