Position: Customer Service Advisor

Working hours (flexible schedule depending on Line Managers arrangement, fixed day off on Sunday):

  • Monday – Friday: 8 hours/day (between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
  • Saturday: 4 hours/day (between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Location: 6 Thang Long Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City

1. Responsibilities:

  • Accept and register bookings for company's services.
  • Offer alternatives to customers and seize upselling and cross-selling opportunities of value-added services (e.g., Sales Leads, shipment insurance) during interaction with the customer.
  • Respond to customers consistently and confidently by providing accurate information in all areas, such as customs requirements, transit time, and prices.
  • Enhance service experience in company by exercising professionalism and empathy when dealing with each customers varying needs and demands.
  • Liaise with Operations and other departments to quickly and efficiently resolve customer issues and queries.
  • Highlight areas for improvement with suggested solutions to improve company's procedures, technology, and service to enhance customers experience with company.
  • Adhere to global CS procedures while maintaining discretion to exercise flexibility to customers needs within reasonable limits in consultation with CS supervisors and managers.
  • Assist the supervisors (if applicable) in carrying out relevant CS orientation/training programs for new or existing CS staff.
  • Handle non-call tasks, including follow-up and ad‑hoc assignments such as proactive monitoring during special initiatives or operational case
  • Perform tracing and investigation tasks similar to the functions of the Tracing Team, ensuring end-to-end visibility and timely updates for customers and stakeholders.

2. Requirements:

  • College / Bachelors Degree
  • 4-5 years of experience in Customer Service or Call Center
  • Can communicate in English to support foreign customers
