About the job CS Specialist (Shuttle Bus)
- Position: Customer Service Specialist (6 months contract with Talentnet)
- Location: Street No.19A, Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Zone, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai Province (have shuttle bus from HCMC)
- Working Time: Mon - Sat (8h00 – 17h00) - Thứ 7 làm nửa ngày, tuần làm tuần nghỉ.
- HCM Pick‑up points are in Go Vap District (near Phan Huy Ích street), Binh Thanh District (near Lê Quang Định, Phạm Văn Đồng), District 2 (Xa Lộ Hà Nội), and District 12 (near Metro Hiệp Phú).
What will you do?
Customer Relationship & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key or high‑priority customers.
- Build strong relationships through proactive communication, regular updates, and issue management.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely, professional resolutions.
Order & Delivery Management
- Order entry accuracy
- Monitor order status, shipment timelines, and potential risks; work cross‑functionally to resolve delays.
- Ensure proper documentation for import – export activities
Market & Customer Insight
- Understand customer needs, buying patterns, and service requirements.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, sharing insights with internal teams to improve processes.
- Support customer‑focused initiatives that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Operational Excellence & Problem Solving
- Identify root causes of service issues using data and cross‑functional inputs
- Support continuous improvement projects
- Reporting
- Daily sales volume report
- Weekly stock report
- Other report
Team Support
- Be a team member for Cross country back up, support order handling to SEA countries
Compliance & Internal Control
- Performs all duties in full compliance of all laws, safety and environmental regulations, and in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Experience, knowledge and skills
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Economics/ Supply Chain or any business-related field.
- Required written and spoken language(s) fluency: Vietnamese & English/Chinese skills is advantages
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in sales or customer service is required for this position
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, hardworking, can-do attitude
- Experience with matrix organization would be a big plus.
- Experience in SAP/system using
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure with attention to detail

Salary and Benefits:
- Gross salary: ~20,000,000 VND/Month
- Full SHUI, có BH cho vợ, chồng, con
- Sign contract with Talentnet (6 months), có cơ hội convert/extend contract
- Lương tháng 13, annual bonus (pay in annual Mar), trợ cấp tiền điện thoại, tiền cơm, laptop, xe đưa rước.
