Legal Counsel

Location: Nguyễn Hữu Cảnh – Bình Thạnh TPHCM

As the Legal Counsel for our newly established Vietnam entity, you will be responsible for overseeing all legal affairs to ensure the stable growth and compliance of our luxury F&B and wedding business. You will provide strategic legal solutions, manage complex contracts, and ensure all regulatory requirements for the venue's operations are met.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management & Review:

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including service agreements, goods supply contracts, and lease agreements.
• Ensure all contracts align with both the company's interests and Vietnamese laws.
• Legal Advisory & Risk Management:
• Provide proactive legal guidance and solutions for operational issues arising from the new entity's set-up.
• Identify potential legal risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company's reputation and assets.
• Regulatory Compliance & Licensing:
• Follow up on and manage all necessary business licenses, permits, and mandatory filings required for F&B and wedding venue operations.

Stay updated on changes in local regulations (e.g., labor, tax, and food safety) and ensure organizational compliance.

Requirements

Education & Qualification: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or higher. Must be a qualified lawyer in Vietnam.

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant legal experience. Direct experience in the F&B, Hospitality, or Service industry is highly preferred.
• Skills: Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in both Vietnamese and English. Ability to provide clear, business-oriented legal solutions.
