About the job Recruitment Supervisor

About the Role

Talentnet's HR Outsourcing division is looking for a Mass Recruitment Supervisor / Associate Manager to lead high-volume hiring operations across industries such as Retail, FMCG, Financial Services, and more.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on managing scale, building strong recruiter teams, and partnering with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver hiring solutions that drive real business impact. If you're a confident communicator, a sharp operator, and someone who enjoys turning complex hiring challenges into smooth, scalable processes — we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Lead Mass Recruitment Operations

  • Oversee high-volume recruitment projects across multiple client portfolios, ensuring quality, speed, and consistency at scale.
  • Forecast staffing needs and design sourcing strategies tailored to each client's industry, hiring volume, and timelines.
  • Set clear SLAs, monitor delivery progress, and proactively resolve bottlenecks to keep projects on track.
  • Leverage digital tools (ATS, CRM, AI sourcing platforms) and data analytics to improve sourcing outcomes, recruiter productivity, and candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through online and offline channels, including universities, colleges, recruitment vendors, and community partners.
  • Develop employer branding initiatives that strengthen Talentnet's and clients' presence in the talent market.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, labor regulations, and client requirements, with accurate reporting and dashboards maintained throughout.

Lead and Develop the Team

  • Coach, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable culture.
  • Monitor team KPIs and ensure timely, quality delivery of recruitment outcomes.
  • Promote continuous learning and upskilling across the team.

Engage Clients and Stakeholders

  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients at multiple levels - from HR partners to senior business leaders - ensuring their hiring needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for assigned accounts, providing consultative advice and proactive updates.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Business Development, Key Accounts, HR, Finance, Legal, IT) to ensure smooth service delivery and aligned client outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services, supporting the Manager on proposals and service expansion.

Drive Financial Performance

  • Take ownership of the team's financial targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Manage debtor follow-up with clients to ensure timely payments and minimize bad debts.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or Law.
  • Experience: 4–7 years in recruitment, with at least 2–3 years in mass / high-volume hiring and proven team management or team leadership experience. Background in HR Outsourcing, RPO, or agency recruitment is a strong advantage.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate recruiter teams, and to deliver results through others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels - from frontline hiring managers to C-suite clients - with strong communication, influencing, and consultative skills.
  • Operational Excellence: Strong project and operations management skills; able to balance competing priorities, manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and deliver under pressure.
  • Analytical & Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment dashboards; able to read data and turn insights into action.
  • Business Acumen: Understands how recruitment connects to client business outcomes and revenue, and spots opportunities to add value.
  • Language: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal); proficiency at C1–C2 level preferred.
  • Mindset: A growth mindset — resilient, curious, and open to feedback — paired with a one-team spirit that values collaboration and shared success.
  • Nice to have: Certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or HRCI.
