About the job Sales Manager
I. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Business Planning & Development
· Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and target markets.
· Maintain and expand relationships with key strategic customers to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
· Analyze market trends and competitors; propose effective pricing policies and sales solutions.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the steel industry and electronics supply chain.
2. Sales Operations Management
· Plan, organize, supervise, and evaluate sales activities.
· Manage, train, and develop the Sales team (02 Sales Executives and 04 Sales Admin staff).
· Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, and QC departments to ensure on-time delivery and service quality.
· Monitor receivables, ensure compliance with contract terms, and manage commercial risks.
· Report directly to the Korean Sales Manager and provide periodic performance and analysis reports.
3. Data Analysis & Supply Chain Management
· Analyze sales KPIs and forecast customer demand.
· Plan raw material procurement effectively and optimize inventory levels.
· Utilize ERP systems to support sales operations and data management.
4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
· Handle customer complaints in coordination with relevant departments to ensure high satisfaction levels.
· Proactively propose solutions to improve customer experience and expand market share.
5. Market development (Creation for new value to company)
· Using current own having network and relationship with customers to add VSSCs additional market and sales volume
II. REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales (steel, metal processing, or suppliers is preferred).
· Experience in team supervision or sales leadership is an advantage.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and key account development skills.
· Analytical thinking, planning ability, and problem-solving skills.
· Good English communication skills in an FDI environment.
· Willing to work in Phu My and travel to meet customers when required.
