Position: Supply Chain Operations Planner – SEA
Working place: Nguyen Luong Bang, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
Working hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 – 18:00 (WFH on Sat)

The B&W (Beauty & Wellbeing) BU Supply Chain Innovations and Long Term Capacity Planning Team is responsible for the following:
- Delivering the Innovation Program for the SEA markets – Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam.
- Defining and executing the sourcing strategy
- Partner with the Country Integrated Planning Teams on RCCP to manage short-term constraints and cross-border sourcing opportunities
- Reviewing the Long-term Capacity Plan and capacity expansion plan and proposal
- Governance of the Gross Margin expansion program
- Key Responsibilities:
The B&W BU Supply Chain Operations Planner - SEA will be reporting to the B&W Innovations Planning and LTCP Lead. This role will support key initiatives within the scope of the BU Supply Chain team.
Vietnam dComm Workstream:
- Support for activities under dComm activity workstream – sourcing strategy execution, lead time reduction
- Innovation SC lead for additional BU-led dComm specific projects for Vietnam
- Glass Sourcing SKUs sourcing strategy execution. Working with global and destination sourcing unit for development and capability building.
Treatments Gross Margin Squad Support
- Set-up monthly reporting and Governance for Treatments Gross Margin
- Supply Chain network support for key projects under Treatments GM Squad - Glass Sourcing SKUs sourcing strategy execution. Working with global and destination sourcing unit for development and capability building.
Digital Program
- Digitize monthly savings and Gross Margin Expansion reporting
- Innovations Tracking dashboard creation
- Build of digital costing tool for Innovations
Resilience Program Execution
- Set-up resilience sourcing for Top 5 SKUs for each market
- Define the resilience process and governance
Requirements:
Must-have
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related fields
- Experience in building digital tools and dashboards for KPI tracking and reporting
- Hands-on experience in supply chain planning, operations, or project coordination within FMCG or manufacturing environments
- Supply Chain Planning/Supply Chain Innovations Planning
- Good coordination and execution skills with the ability to track timelines, actions, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders
- Good command of English for cross-functional and cross-country communication
Nice-to-have
- Exposure to import/export processes or regulatory requirements in international supply chains
- Experience supporting product launches, sourcing changes, or supply chain transformation projects
- Experience working in matrix or regional organizations
