About the job Customer Service Executive
Location: Que Vo, Bac Ninh Office
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with Sales team to provide necessary information
- Support daily sales operation activities, including order processing and internal approval procedures
- Create and follow up Sales Orders (SO), delivery schedules, and coordinate with Planning/Logistics teams
- Update customers on estimated delivery timelines and support issue handling for delayed orders
- Support new product setup by coordinating with Sales and Technical teams for product code creation
- Input and maintain pricing information in the system following internal approval processes
- Monitor production progress, inventory status, and delivery performance to support business targets
- Prepare and follow up sales contracts, quotations, and related sales documents
- Maintain customer database and support account management activities
- Support inventory control and follow up slow-moving stock with related teams
- Prepare monthly sales reports, commission calculations, and operational reports
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve service quality
- Support CRM follow-up, pipeline review, and business growth activities with Sales team
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Line Manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or related fields
- Experience in Sales Admin, Customer Service, Order Management, or Sales Support is preferred
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Basic English communication skills
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, careful, and able to work under pressure
- Proactive, fast learner, and adaptable in a dynamic working environment
