About the job HR Admin
- Title: HR Admin
- Working location: KCN Long Hau, Can Giuoc, Long An (have shuttle bus from HCM)
- Working hour: 8:00 to 16:15, Mon to Fri
1. Scope of work:
- Coordinate, collect and maintain accurate physical and digital records for employee documentation management
- Provide clerical and general administrative support to the HR department, such as answering employee inquiries and preparing HR-related reports etc
- Serve as a point of contact, ensuring timely communication with employees and supporting their queries
- Maintain confidentiality
2. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- 1-3 year of experience in HR/Admin
- Basic understanding of HR administrative tasks and employee documentation
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to communicate clearly and support employee inquiries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- High sense of responsibility and ability to handle confidential information
