About the job HR Admin

  • Title: HR Admin
  • Working location: KCN Long Hau, Can Giuoc, Long An (have shuttle bus from HCM)
  • Working hour: 8:00 to 16:15, Mon to Fri

1. Scope of work:

  • Coordinate, collect and maintain accurate physical and digital records for employee documentation management
  • Provide clerical and general administrative support to the HR department, such as answering employee inquiries and preparing HR-related reports etc
  • Serve as a point of contact, ensuring timely communication with employees and supporting their queries
  • Maintain confidentiality

2. Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 1-3 year of experience in HR/Admin
  • Basic understanding of HR administrative tasks and employee documentation
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to communicate clearly and support employee inquiries
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to handle confidential information
