Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Country Test Specialist to join our team in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting various testing and quality assurance activities for our clients' products and services. You will work closely with our team of experts to ensure that all testing processes are carried out efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute test plans and strategies for various products and services

- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing

- Identify and report defects and issues in a timely manner

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues

- Maintain and update test cases and documentation

- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in testing and quality assurance

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance

- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools

- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or HP ALM

- Experience with Agile development methodologies

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
