Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IC Design Engineer to join our team in Taipei, Taiwan. As an IC Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing integrated circuits for a variety of applications. You will work closely with our team of engineers and designers to create innovative solutions that meet the specifications and requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop integrated circuits for various applications, including but not limited to consumer electronics, automotive, and industrial products

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications

- Utilize industry-standard tools and methodologies to design and verify IC designs

- Conduct simulations and analyses to ensure the functionality and performance of the IC designs

- Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise during the design process

- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in IC design

- Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for improvement

- Ensure timely completion of projects and meet project milestones

- Communicate effectively with team members and project stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IC design

- Proficiency in industry-standard IC design tools and methodologies

- Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and circuit design principles

- Experience with simulation and verification tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor Graphics

- Familiarity with scripting languages such as TCL and Perl

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
