Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position with the Test Account Contract, and you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
- Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
