The key responsibilities of this role include:

Lead with Servant Leadership: Help on-site teams unlock their potential through guidance and facilitation, creating an environment that fosters self-organization and high performance.

- Promote Scrum Values: Acting as a coach (not a manager) you will champion Scrum and Agile principles, teaching and supporting teams in their ongoing improvement and adoption of Agile practices.

- Facilitate Scrum Events: Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Daily Stand-ups while ensuring teams stay focused on their goals.

- Foster Collaboration: Support hybrid teams by ensuring effective collaboration and communication, fostering an inclusive environment that enables every team member to thrive.

- Remove Impediments: Proactively identify and remove blockers that prevent teams from achieving sprint goals, allowing them to maintain momentum.

- Encourage Continuous Improvement: Drive creative and engaging Retrospectives, encouraging the team to experiment with new approaches and continuously enhance team dynamics.

- Champion Team Decision-Making: Empower teams to make decisions internally, ensuring the team remains autonomous and accountable for their commitments.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- A relevant first degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Certifications: PSM or CSM certifications are a plus, but not required.
- Communication: Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design ideas effectively.
- Previous working experience of 3-5 years working in development teams and a demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving team needs and dynamics is preferred.
- Candidate should be passionate about Agile Learning, committed to personal growth through reading, attending Agile-focused workshops, and connecting with thought leaders in the field.
