Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our visual storytelling. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing high-impact design solutions across print and digital platforms for a diverse roster of clients. As a senior member of the team, you will not only produce top-tier design work but also help guide our overall creative strategy, pitch concepts to clients, and mentor our talented junior designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership: Lead design projects from the initial brief through to final execution, ensuring all deliverables align with client goals and VIctus's high quality standards.
• Brand Development: Create and evolve brand identities, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints (websites, social media, marketing campaigns, print collateral, and packaging).
• Client Collaboration: Present design concepts confidently to clients, articulating the strategic rationale behind your design choices and incorporating feedback effectively.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance, constructive feedback, and technical mentorship to junior and mid-level designers to foster a collaborative and high-performing studio environment.
• Trend Forecasting: Keep a pulse on both global design trends and the local Southeast Asian market to keep our visual output fresh, modern, and competitive.
• Quality Control & Asset Management: Oversee the final pre-press and digital handoffs, ensuring all files are pixel-perfect, accessible, and properly archived.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5–8+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an agency or design studio environment.
• Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating a high level of expertise in digital and print design, typography, layout, and brand identity. (Applications without a portfolio link will not be considered).
• Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Digital/UI Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of digital design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English. Ability to articulate design concepts clearly to both local and international stakeholders.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency setting.

Bonus Points

• Experience with motion graphics, animation (After Effects), or video editing (Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web design principles.
• Experience directing photoshoots or video productions.
• A strong network within Bangkoks creative, photography, or illustration communities.
