As a Cath Lab Technologist, you'll play an essential role in assisting cardiologists and radiologists during complex, life-saving procedures. Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in all invasive cardiac and vascular procedures in the Cath Lab.

• Monitor, scrub, and circulate during procedures, maintaining patient safety and procedural efficiency.

• Operate imaging and hemodynamic monitoring equipment while maintaining ALARA (radiation safety) standards.

• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly; troubleshoot and report any malfunctions promptly.

• Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies and assist in ordering as needed.

• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and infection control standards.

• Remain current on new techniques, equipment, and procedural protocols.

• Participate in on-call rotation (10 call shifts per month; must live within 30 minutes of facility).

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program.

• Current CVT, RCIS, or ARRT credential.

• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association).

• At least 1 year of recent experience as a Cardiovascular Technologist or ARRT in a hospital-based Cath Lab.

• Must live within 30 minutes of the facility for on-call response requirements.

Preferred:

• Experience assisting with advanced interventional procedures such as PCI, structural heart, or EP studies.

• Strong understanding of hemodynamics and EKG interpretation.

Compensation & Incentives

Hourly Pay Range:

• Minimum: $30.00/hr

• Midpoint: $36.00/hr

• Maximum: $42.00/hr

Additional Compensation:

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 (based on experience and shift)

• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

• Call Pay: Included; 10 call shifts/month
