We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of IT to lead and manage our Information Technology function across our group companies. This role is responsible for shaping IT strategy, overseeing end-to-end business application systems, driving digital transformation, and ensuring IT operations run smoothly and securely. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with experience in enterprise-level IT management and a deep understanding of how technology supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement IT strategy and roadmap aligned with the overall direction of Thai Group Holdings.
  • Oversee and manage end-to-end Business Core Applications for life insurance, non-life insurance, and capital businesses, ensuring stability, accuracy, and modern functionality.
  • Lead the development and improvement of IT systems, databases, and infrastructure to support operational efficiency and business expansion.
  • Supervise enterprise data management, reporting systems (BI), and ensure data is accessible and actionable at all levels.
  • Ensure the stability, quality, and security of the IT infrastructure and networks, including effective BCP (Business Continuity Planning).
  • Drive and monitor key IT and digital transformation projects such as Core System upgrades, Customer Service platforms, and Call Center enhancements.
  • Provide strategic IT advice and solutions to other business units and projects.
  • Control IT budgets, resources, and ensure effective cost management of all IT initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to perform effectively and align with the companys goals.
  • Support corporate-level initiatives and serve on company committees as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Proven track record in IT strategic planning, application and infrastructure management, and digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems, business processes, and data governance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver business-driven IT solutions.
