Role Overview: We are seeking a high-caliber professional to lead our Lending Product portfolio. This is a growth-focused role designed for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between financial structuring and market execution. We are looking for candidates who possess a unique blend of Product Management, Business Development, or Investment Banking expertise to drive innovative lending solutions and scale our business.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Strategic Structuring: Design and structure complex lending products, including pricing models and collateral frameworks, to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Business Acquisition & Ecosystems: Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand the customer base and drive "App-in" volume.
  • Deal Analysis & Financial Modeling: Apply advanced financial analysis to assess the viability of product programs and monitor portfolio performance through data-driven insights.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a central point of contact between front-line sales (RM) and back-office credit/risk teams to ensure seamless deal execution and process efficiency.

Qualifications 

  • Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in:
    • Lending Product Development within Banking or Non-bank sectors.
    • Investment Banking (IB) / Corporate Finance: Experience in deal structuring, valuation, or capital markets.
    • Business Development (BD): Proven track record in strategic sales, partnership management, or identifying new revenue streams in the financial services industry.
  • Analytical Prowess: Strong ability in financial modeling, P&L management, and understanding of risk-weighted asset (RWA) concepts is highly desirable.
  • Strategic & RM Mindset: Must have a "Hunter" mindset for growth combined with the ability to coach and align with Relationship Managers (RM).
