About the job Head of Public Relations

  1. Manage Internal Communication Channels
    Ensure that all internal communication channels within the organization are continuously updated and highly effective.
  2. Strategic Planning for Public Relations
    Plan and execute public relations strategies, including producing and disseminating press releases regarding activities, products, and services to the public.
  3. Manage Public Relations Budget
    Oversee and manage the public relations budget to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  4. Build and Maintain Media Relationships
    Develop and maintain positive relationships with the media to enhance the organizations public image and communication efforts.
  5. Manage Executive Image
    Oversee the image management of top executives (CEO & Group C), ensuring their public perception aligns with company values.
  6. Prepare Company Information and Annual Report Content

  7. Research and Identify Relevant Awards
    Source and propose suitable awards to different business units within the organization for submission.
  8. Support PR Photography and External Communications
    Assist various departments with external communications, including capturing photos for press releases and other public relations activities.
  9. Internal News Across TCC Group
    Facilitate communication and updates across the various companies and employees within the TCC Group.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field. Experience in a managerial position is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
    • Ability to plan and execute PR strategies effectively.
    • Proficiency in managing budgets and overseeing financial resources.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with media professionals and stakeholders.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of media trends and ability to leverage different channels for effective communication.
    • Experience in content creation, including press releases, reports, and corporate communications.
