MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement recruiting strategy/ policy and talent pipeline which will includes developing a comprehensive recruitment plan to support hiring of all employees.
- Manage a diverse set of stakeholders in the talent acquisition process: HRBPs, HRD, HR operations, to design and implement Talent Acquisition Program.
- Own and manage the life cycle interview process including pre-employment process and post hiring process.
- Develop and implement activities/communication material to build employer branding.
- Develop and be accountable for all the hiring goals and time to fill ratio and cost to recruits.
- Prepare monthly recruitment activity reports to provide information on recruitment status.
- Review and implement a formalized On-Boarding Program for new hires that enhances the new hires engagement to their team and the organization.
- Manage projects related to recruitment from time to time such as employee referral program.
- Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
- Build the companys professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 6 years in recruiting roles.
- Direct experience in the insurance industry is required (life, non-life, or both).
- Possess work experience in working in matrix organizations.
- Possess leadership experience in managing team.
- Combination of agency and in-house talent acquisition background will be an advantage.
- Good communication skill with proficiency in English.
- Highly motivated, self-driven and possesses good interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate good business acumen.
- Proven experience working with sourcing tools and techniques, with strong track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for passive sourcing.
