About the job AVP of Customer Communication and Retention : SE Life
Job Purpose:
- Build long term relationship with customers to acquire, develop, retain, win-back, up/x-selling through customer journey.
Responsibility:
- Develop and implement strategies to support the entire customer journey from acquisition to customer retention, orphan and matured to drive desired value generating portfolios.
- Develop campaign to up/x-selling and convert orphan & matured from lead generation through all distribution channels in order to accelerate growth
- Ensure customer communication are well structured with regular communications on new changes
- Initiate marketing projects, campaigns both online and offline events
Functional Competency:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in financial industry (banking, credit card, loan, & insurance sectors)
- Strong understanding of customer journey for financial products and insurance
- Proven Experience in developing and executing campaigns that support the stage of the customer lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English
