About the job AVP of Customer Communication and Retention : SE Life

Job Purpose:

  • Build long term relationship with customers to acquire, develop, retain, win-back, up/x-selling through customer journey.

Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement strategies to support the entire customer journey from acquisition to customer retention, orphan and matured to drive desired value generating portfolios.
  • Develop campaign to up/x-selling and convert orphan & matured from lead generation through all distribution channels in order to accelerate growth
  • Ensure customer communication are well structured with regular communications on new changes
  • Initiate marketing projects, campaigns both online and offline events

Functional Competency:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in financial industry (banking, credit card, loan, & insurance sectors)
  • Strong understanding of customer journey for financial products and insurance
  • Proven Experience in developing and executing campaigns that support the stage of the customer lifecycle
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of English
