Responsibilities
- Develop Plan template and orchestrate TGHs strategic planning process (5-year Plan and Annual Business Plan) to the business owners and related parties.
- Consolidate presentation deck and housekeeping of all strategic papers.
- Lead operational excellence with performance monitoring and continuous improvement across all business processes.
- Manage strategic meetings including the Executive Leadership Team meeting and Senior Management Team meeting. Summarize and monitor key take-aways.
- Act as the corporate PMO to consolidate TGH and subsidiaries projects, evaluate the results, and make preliminary recommendations to CEO and TGH executive team.
- Prioritize and tollgate the decision making of each project based on feasibility study and cost-benefits analysis.
- Drive business initiatives and projects initiated from TGHs CEO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field or equivalent.
- 10 years experience in Business development, strategic planning, and/or project management.
- Practicality and achievability of the new concepts and growth opportunities.
- Having Problem Solving and Project Management skill, keen to take initiatives and look for opportunities for improvements.
- Ability to identify business gaps and recommend decisive actions to fill the gaps in timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills and having ability to work collaboratively with cross functions.
