Payment SME (Finastra GPP)

As a Payment Subject Matter Expert – Finastra GPP, you will support a banking transformation initiative by providing expertise in payment processing, settlement systems, and enterprise payment strategy. You will design and optimise payment workflows, lead workshops, and collaborate with business and technology teams to modernise the bank's payment ecosystem while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Payment Operations & Strategy

• Provide expertise across end‑to‑end payment operations.
• Design and optimise payment workflows and settlement processes.
• Develop strategic payment transformation roadmaps.

Solution Implementation & Workshops

• Support the implementation of Finastra Global PAYplus (GPP).
• Lead payment‑related workshops and solution discussions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional business and technology teams to validate solutions.

Compliance & Testing

• Ensure compliance with payment regulations and industry standards.
• Support solution validation, testing, and deployment activities.

Experience

• You have 10+ years of experience in banking payments.
• You have hands‑on experience with Finastra Global PAYplus (GPP).
• You have worked on enterprise payment modernisation projects.

Technical Expertise

• You have strong knowledge of SWIFT, ACH, BACS, CHIPS, and CHAPS.
• You are skilled in designing payment workflows and settlement processes.
• You are experienced in strategic planning for payment transformation.
