As a Digital Market Intelligence Manager, you will build data products, resolve tracking issues, and conduct deep‑dive analyses that unlock actionable insights for the business. You will own key datasets, enhance data collection, and lead analytical projects that shape long‑term impact across digital marketing and customer intelligence.
What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed
- Utilise analytics and visualisation tools such as Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Azure Databricks, SQL, and Power BI to deliver statistical insights.
- Own business datasets and provide recommendations that drive action.
- Identify tracking gaps and partner with developers and business teams to resolve them.
- Discover opportunities to enhance data collection and instrumentation.
- Integrate external data sources to enrich digital analytics.
- Deliver recurring reports and support ad hoc analysis needs within tight timelines.
- Lead end‑to‑end analytical projects with measurable long‑term impact.
- Stay current with emerging digital analytics tools and methodologies, advocating for continuous improvement.

Experience
- You have experience leading analytical projects with measurable impact.
- You have exposure to large global companies.
Technical Expertise
- You are proficient in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Azure Databricks, SQL, and Power BI.
- You are skilled in owning datasets and delivering actionable insights.
- You can identify and resolve tracking issues effectively.
- You can integrate external data sources to strengthen analytics.
- You are experienced in delivering reports and supporting ad hoc analysis.
- You have working knowledge of B2B lead management, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Eloqua.
- You have experience with Adobe CJA, Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics.
- You have a background in A/B testing, marketing analytics, or customer behaviour analysis.
