Drone Pilot

As a Drone Pilot, you will operate, maintain, and demonstrate drone technologies for enterprise and agricultural applications. You will conduct safe drone operations, provide technical demonstrations, and support customers with product‑related requirements while ensuring compliance with CAAP regulations and safety standards.

What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

Drone Operations & Safety

• Operate drones safely and efficiently for demonstrations, testing, and client activities.
• Perform pre‑flight inspections, flight planning, and post‑flight reporting.
• Ensure compliance with CAAP regulations and safety protocols.
• Conduct basic drone maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.

Documentation & Compliance

• Assist in drone registration and documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate flight logs and operational records.

Customer Support & Demonstrations

• Provide technical demonstrations and product support to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams during product deployments and field activities.
• Travel nationwide to support client demonstrations and technical engagements.

We'd Love to Hear From You If...

Experience

• You have 2–3 years of experience operating drones.
• You are a college graduate or at least college level in Aviation, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• You hold a valid drone pilot certification; CAAP license is an advantage.

Technical Expertise

• You have strong technical knowledge of enterprise and agricultural drones.
• You are familiar with drone flight planning, maintenance, CAAP registration procedures, and safety protocols.
• You hold a valid driver's license.

• You are physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
• You communicate effectively in both Tagalog and English.
• You are honest, reliable, professional, and a team player.
• You are willing to travel nationwide for technical demonstrations and field activities.
