About the job Project Manager
- Lead and manage banking-related projects according to the project management standard, framework, tools, and methodologies in alignment with governance and regulatory frameworks, ensuring all project deliverables meet audit, compliance, and quality assurance standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, monitor risks, and manage project within budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders, business units, vendors, and regional/global counterparts to ensure alignment.
- Prepare project documentation, presentations for status updates and project steering committee meetings and related project meetings.
- Manage project resources, resolve issues and escalations, and manage change management expectation during the project.
- Possess experience in SDLC processes and be willing to take on new tasks at any phase of the SDLC.
- Develop and document business requirements through various means, including user interviews, surveys, workflow reviews, and research on industry best practices.
- Conduct data analysis, design and configure product configurations for system functionality, and specify data requirements and constraints of surrounding systems.
- Be willing to explore new tools to support assigned projects.
- Exhibit strong critical thinking abilities to assist in problem analysis, system development, and implementation.
- Possess good communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders of assigned systems/projects.
- Provide technical assistance to system developers.
