Technical Architect- Salesforce

As a Technical Architect (Salesforce), you will lead technical design and implementation activities across complex Salesforce projects. You will be responsible for defining technical architecture, ensuring solution scalability, and guiding development teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

Technical Architecture & Design

• Design enterprise‑grade Salesforce technical architecture.
• Define integration patterns, security models, and data architecture.
• Lead technical design workshops and architecture reviews.
• Drive performance optimisation and technical solution governance.

Development Oversight

• Review code quality and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Partner with Solution Architects and project stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
• Guide development teams through large‑scale Salesforce transformations.

Deployment & DevOps

• Support deployment, CI/CD, and DevOps processes.
• Ensure technical solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with platform limits.

Experience

• You have 10+ years of IT experience.
• You have 6+ years of Salesforce architecture and development experience.
• You have experience of leading development teams on large‑scale Salesforce transformations.
• You have proven ability to design and deliver enterprise‑grade Salesforce technical architecture.
• You have strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• You have Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certifications (preferred).

Technical Expertise

• You have deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, and integration frameworks.
• You have strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture and platform limits.
