• Deep understanding of conversational commerce and WhatsApp Business API
• Experience designing and optimizing chat funnels for sales, service, or lead generation
• Familiarity with chatbot frameworks (Dialogflow, Twilio, Meta Cloud API) and A/B testing tools
• Strong data and UX orientation ability to analyze drop-off points and drive funnel conversion improvements.

Skills/Experience

• 8-10 years in digital marketing, conversational design, or CRM automation
• Experience integrating WhatsApp with backend systems (CRM, order management, analytics)
