Common Services Subject Matter Expert

As a Common Services Subject Matter Expert – Oracle FLEXCUBE, you will support a Core Banking Transformation initiative by focusing on solution design, documentation, system configuration, integration, and testing across common banking services. You will translate business requirements into functional specifications, configure FLEXCUBE modules, and ensure smooth integration and compliance with core banking architecture.

What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

Solution Design & Documentation

• Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
• Prepare BRDs, FSDs, and other project documentation.
• Define banking product parameters and workflows.

System Configuration & Process Design

• Configure Oracle FLEXCUBE modules to meet business needs.
• Design EOD, EOM, and COB processes for operational efficiency.

Integration & Testing

• Design integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop test scenarios and support testing activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams throughout implementation.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business, finance, and technology stakeholders to validate solutions.
• Provide clear documentation and communication to ensure alignment across teams.

Experience

• You have 10–15 years of experience in banking technology.
• You have strong Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation experience.
• You have experience preparing BRDs, FSDs, and user stories.

Technical Expertise

• You have deep knowledge of Oracle FLEXCUBE modules and configuration.
• You are skilled in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• You understand core banking architecture and common services processes.
