Role Overview

CSB is urgently seeking three (3) Automation Developers to support automation initiatives within the Bank. This engagement requires rapid onboarding and hands-on contribution, with an initial contract duration of at least two (2) months.

The role will focus on developing, optimizing, and deploying workflow-based automation solutions, primarily within RPA platforms, in close collaboration with internal teams. Ms. Jane has approved consideration of Thakral One (T1) resources for this requirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and support automation solutions using the Banks automation platforms

  • Work with workflow-based logic to design and implement automated processes

  • Integrate automation solutions with APIs and databases

  • Participate in code optimization, database integration, and deployment activities

  • Follow established automation standards, architecture, and best practices

  • Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to deliver automation outcomes

  • Execute tasks with strong attention to detail and adherence to instructions

Core Requirements

  • At least two (2) years of experience working with the Banks automation platforms

  • Strong understanding of workflow-based logic

  • Knowledge of APIs and databases

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team-based environment

  • Platform-specific certifications are required (for any of the automation platforms used)

RPA-Specific Technical Requirements

  • Familiarity with Appian / Appian RPA / UiPath

  • Experience with UiPath version 2022.10 or later

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Good knowledge of C#, VB.NET, Python, or related technologies

  • Familiarity with UiPath standards and best practices, including:

    • Architecture

    • ReFramework

  • Experience in:

    • Code optimization

    • Database integration

    • Deployment in UiPath

  • Familiarity with database management systems such as SQL Server or MySQL

  • Knowledge of AI technologies, specifically IDP (Intelligent Document Processing), is an advantage
